MANAGING DIRECTOR

Ifedolapo Runsewe has over 15 years’ experience in sectors spanning banking and telecommunications. She joined Freetown Waste as the Pioneer Managing Director after working in the last four years as a Branch Service Manager at the prestigious Access Bank Plc in Nigeria. Prior to her work at Access Bank Plc, she worked at Guaranty Trust Bank Plc, Zenith Bank Plc and Airtel Nigeria. Ifedolapo has extensive skills in Operations Management, People Management, Process Improvement, Budgeting, Change Management, Relationship Management, Regulator Engagements, Compliance and Risk Management. Over her career, she has worked proficiently with multi-cultural teams and in diverse business communities such as during her work with Guaranty Trust Bank Subsidiary in Freetown Sierra Leone. She has attended several trainings in Project Management, Organizational Behaviour, Credit Risk Analysis, Credit Risk Management, Anti Money Laundering and Fraud Management, Leadership and Change Management, Customer Service and Operational Risk Management. She is a Designated Compliance Processional certified by the Compliance Institute of Nigeria. She has a BSc. Economics from Madonna University and MSc. Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos.

AG. CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER

Theophilus Okoyomon has over 5 years’ experience in the Financial Services Sector having worked with Access Bank Plc. He also serves as a Senior Analyst, Projects at Sage Grey Finance Limited where he leads a team that provides project development and management services to transactions. He is driven, practical and very methodical in delivering all required outcomes in projects. He has delivered several projects including an LPG Cylinder Manufacturing Facility amongst other projects. He is currently concluding his project management certifications. He has a B.A (Hons) in Philosophy from University of Ibadan.

Process, Strategy & Innovation Manager

Shonibare Rasheed is a seasoned expert with over 20 years’ experience in production and quality assurance. His experience spans across Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems, Internal Audit and Quality Assurance, Hazard Identification, Analysis and Preventive Maintenance. He was the Production Manager for Flour Mills of Nigeria PLC (Pasta Division) and Quality Assurance Manager for PZ Cussons Nigeria Plc. He holds a Masters degree in Business Administration (Olabisi Onabanjo University); M.SC in Pharmaceutical Chemistry (University of Lagos)

PRODUCTION MANAGER

Gabriel Popoola is a plant production professional with over 16 years’ experience in planning and leading operations in international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods manufacturing industry. He was the Production Manager for the Nigerian Bottling Company Limited (Coca-Cola) where he was responsible for production planning, staffing and day to day operations of the area’s manufacturing operations. Gabriel has a Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering |Lagos State Polytechnic) and Post-Graduate Diploma, Business Administration (Crawford University). He is a Member of the Nigerian Institute of Production Management and holds professional certifications in Total Quality Management, Kaizen, Project Management, Lean Six Sigma amongst other production related qualifications.

FINANCE MANAGER

Adewunmi Adeleke is an experienced senior financial professional with over 15 years in accounting and financial control. He has experience in internal controls, audits, financial planning and analysis, project and general operations management, risk management, tax and regulatory compliance. He was the finance manager for Fala-Riyo Food Processing Limited and was responsible for developing and implementing the financial systems currently in place at the firm. He is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and holds a B.Sc. in Accounting from Ambrose Alli University.

HUMAN RESOURCES/ADMIN MANAGER

Oluwakemi Idowu has over 11 years’ experience in human resources and administrative operations. Prior to joining the Company, Oluwakemi held the position of Assistant Human Resources Manager at Extreme Manufacturing Nigeria Limited where she was responsible for the development of the organization’s policies and procedures including coordination of the employee development plans and performance management. Oluwakemi has a B.Sc. Banking and Finance from the University of Ado-Ekiti, Ekiti State. She is also a member of Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN) and Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPMN).

SALES MANAGER

Segun Rotimi Topher has over 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and sales. Prior to joining the Company, he served as Marketing and Sales Manager for top-ranked companies such as Lafarge, and Guinness Nigeria Plc. He possesses skills in business development, market expansion and strategically delivering sales KPIs. He has a B.Tech. in Meteorology from the Federal University of Technology, Akure and Masters of Business Administration, University of South Wales, UK.
